has had a lifelong passion and appreciation for the
culinary arts.
His interest in food preparation began at the well
respected
and illustrious school of culinary education, Kosher
Catering
Academy. Upon completion and receipt of his diploma he
earned
an elite apprenticeship under the executive chef of the
Grand
Hyatt in Hong Kong. His work spanned thousands of hungry
patrons
at the Mandarin Oriental while specializing in kosher
cuisine.
Chef Juda’s dream of taking his talents back to his
hometown
of Pittsburgh would come sooner than expected when he was
hired
to begin managing his first restaurant at the young age of
18.
Chef Juda would supplement his skills by adding tours in
New
York and Israel with renowned catering companies in order
to
incorporate the most modern and stylish culinary trends.
In his spare time, Juda enjoys snowboarding and
spending quality
time with his wife and 4 children.
Artist and proud co-owner, Chaya prides herself as both the bookkeeper and decorator for “Elegant Edge” catering company. Chaya personally manages all event finances, activities, planning, and customer services. Chaya bolsters her background with masters degrees in accounting, finance, and business. Acclaimed for her creative and elegant designs, Chaya enjoys using her artistic talents to design beautifully manicured event sets and catering assortments.
